Monitor the vulnerability of your community. Regional risks can be challenging to project and predict. For example, a region may be resilient to drought now, but could have water availability issues down the road. We need to prioritize. We can’t fight every battle. For example, focus first on the physical risks that have the most impact and the easiest to mitigate.
